Counselling records are stored in Jane App, which is compliant with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and PHIPA (Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act).
I do not share, sell, or trade your personal information with third parties.
Payment information is handled securely by trusted processors such as Squarespace, Stripe, or PayPal. I do not see or store your credit card details.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you, and to ask for corrections or deletion where appropriate.
You may withdraw consent for the collection or use of your personal information at any time (subject to legal and professional requirements for record-keeping).
You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time by using the unsubscribe link in messages.
