Meet Jackie

Welcome. I’m so grateful you are here.

A woman with brown hair, glasses, and a black dress is sitting on a yoga mat on a wooden floor, holding a string of white prayer beads in her left hand, with a white wall and heating pipes in the background.

At Architecture of Wellness, I help emotionally sensitive, introspective adults slow down, reconnect with themselves, and navigate life’s transitions—on their own terms.

This is a space where rest is medicine, introversion is honoured, and your inner rhythms are respected. Healing here is gentle, layered, and deeply personal.

You deserve a healing space where you don’t have to perform wellness.

Hi, I’m Jackie (she/her), and I created Architecture of Wellness to offer a healing space where sensitivity is strength, rest is sacred, and transformation unfolds at your pace.

In my own journey, I realized healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about returning to who you’ve always been, with more compassion and clarity. I’ve worked in mental health and community care for over a decade, and I’m passionate about holding space for people who feel like they’ve always been “too much” or “not enough.”

This work is personal. It’s sacred. And it’s built on the belief that healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself. It means remembering who you are—and building from there.

MY APPROACH

This isn’t traditional talk therapy. It’s a soul-aligned, science-supported blend of modalities designed to meet you where you’re at.

My approach may include:

  • Therapy that’s gentle, intuitive, and trauma-aware

  • Yoga or yoga nidra integrated for nervous system regulation

  • Reiki + aromatherapy for energy support and emotional grounding

  • Tools like breathwork, journaling, and reflection for in-between-session care

Every session is collaborative. You lead the pace, I offer the map.
