Create Your Own Moment of Stillness
Sometimes the meditation you need most is one created just for you — a voice and atmosphere that speaks directly to where you are and what you need to hear. Whether it’s five minutes of grounding, a ten-minute reset, or a fifteen-minute yoga nidra for deep rest, I’ll work with you to design a meditation that supports your intention, nervous system, and inner landscape.
This offering was inspired by creating custom meditations for a dear friend undergoing chemotherapy — a way to bring her comfort, strength, and rest through sound and presence. It reminded me how healing it can be to have something made just for you.
Custom meditations also make meaningful, heartfelt gifts — for loved ones, those in transition or needing comfort, or anyone who could use a gentle reminder to slow down and breathe.
How it works
Fill out a Custom Meditation Request Form with your preferences: length, imagery or setting (forest, ocean, sky, etc.), background sound (birds, chimes, water, or silence), tone, and any special elements you’d like me to weave in (affirmations, symbols, sensations).
I’ll follow up with a custom quote, timeline, and process details.
Once you approve and payment is processed, I’ll record and deliver your guided meditation as an MP3 file you can download and keep.
