Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2025

Welcome to Architecture of Wellness. By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

  • Architecture of Wellness offers counselling, yoga, workshops, ceremonies, and wellness resources.

  • Counselling services are provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario and follow the ethical standards of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

2. Counselling Services

  • Counselling is available only to residents of Ontario, Canada.

  • Confidentiality is maintained according to OCSWSSW standards, with exceptions where disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, or court order).

  • Counselling through this site is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or distress, please call 911 or contact Talk Suicide Canada at 988.

3. Wellness Services (Yoga, Classes, Workshops)

  • Yoga, workshops, and group offerings are designed for education and wellness only and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

  • Participation is voluntary. By registering, you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after sessions.

  • Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning new wellness practices if you have concerns about safety or suitability.

4. Plant Medicine Ceremonies

  • Cannabis ceremonies are facilitated as community wellness experiences and are not, in themselves, counselling or psychotherapy.

  • Participants must be 19+ and provide their own legal cannabis.

  • All participation is consent-based and voluntary; you choose if, when, and how much you consume.

  • If you choose to add preparation or integration therapy sessions, these sessions are provided separately under my scope of practice as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario and are billed accordingly. These counselling sessions are confidential and fall under OCSWSSW standards, including limits to confidentiality as required by law.

  • Packages that include both ceremony and counselling will clearly distinguish between community offerings (ceremony) and regulated services (therapy).

5. Website & Content

  • All content on this website, including blog posts, recordings, and resources, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Content should not be taken as medical, legal, or professional advice.

  • You may not reproduce or reuse content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using this website and participating in services, you acknowledge that Architecture of Wellness is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your personal choices, and you release me from liability relating to participation in wellness activities.
