Plant Medicine Support & Ceremonies

For those exploring or who have explored the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, I offer support to help you prepare for and integrate these profound experiences. Preparation involves creating a safe, grounded, and intentional mindset for your journey, while integration helps you process and embody the insights gained, aligning them with your personal values and goals.

Your body is wise, and plant medicine can help you tune back in. With less tension and more flow, you reconnect to breath, sensation, and the natural rhythms that keep you grounded.

My Introduction to Plant Medicine

My journey with plant medicine has been gentle, rooted primarily in cannabis and its ability to open us to both shadow and depth. What began as personal healing grew into a reverent path of supporting others in their exploration. Plant medicine, for me, is a teacher—reminding us of our resilience, our capacity for growth, and the interconnectedness of our inner and outer worlds.

Through grounding, reflection, and somatic care, we work to transform insight into sustainable, embodied growth.

Training & Foundations

In 2024, I completed Psychedelic First-Aid and Preparedness Training and Foundations for Psychedelic Exploration with Neuma Centre, which strengthened my capacity to hold safe, grounded, and trauma-informed space.

This year, I am expanding my learning through Vancouver Island University’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Graduate Certificate, a program that deepens my ability to weave evidence-informed approaches with heart-centered practice.

My Approach

My approach blends somatic awareness, compassionate presence, and respect for each person’s pace. Together, we translate insights from ceremony into embodied, sustainable practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and meaningful change.

At the heart of my work is reverence—for the plants, for the process, and for your inner wisdom. I don’t lead the journey. I walk beside you, creating a safe and nurturing container where healing unfolds in its own time. My role is to support your process, honour your choices, and celebrate the transformation that emerges.
